• BTS's Jimin Breaks Incredible K-Pop Solo Record, Stays on Billboard Hot 100 for 21 Weeks Straight

BTS's Jimin has just made K-pop history once again with his song "Who" breaking records on the Billboard charts!

As of December 14, Jimin’s song "Who" has made a huge impact by climbing to 43rd place on the Billboard Hot 100 after rising four spots this week. This marks its 21st consecutive week on the chart, making it the longest-charting song by a Korean solo artist since Psy’s "Gangnam Style."

"Who" has been showing amazing strength, not only with its chart position but also with a consistent rise. After jumping 9 spots last week, it continues to grow, now marking its second week of increasing in the rankings!

This 21-week streak is a groundbreaking achievement, as "Who" is now the first-ever K-pop solo song to stay in the Billboard Hot 100’s Top 60 for its first 21 weeks. But that’s not all – Jimin’s album "MUSE" is also making waves. It charted at 128th place on the Billboard 200 and has kept its spot for an impressive 21 weeks, making it the longest-charting K-pop album of 2024.

On top of that, "MUSE" has topped the Billboard World Albums chart for 21 consecutive weeks, making Jimin’s solo albums incredibly dominant. His debut album "FACE" previously spent 63 weeks on the chart, but "MUSE" is not far behind, now becoming the second-longest-charting K-pop solo album.

Jimin’s success doesn’t stop there! He has become the first and only K-pop solo artist to hit the number-one spot on the Billboard Artist 100 chart, and he’s still going strong with 31 weeks of charting at number 85 this week.

Looking at the other charts, "Who" also ranked 30th on the Streaming Songs chart, climbing 5 spots from last week and maintaining its 21-week streak on the chart. It’s now the second-longest streak by any K-pop song, right behind "Gangnam Style."

Globally, "Who" remains a hit, staying steady at 24th on the Global 200 and 30th on the Global (excluding U.S.) charts. It also continues to perform well on the Digital Song Sales chart, holding 23rd place with strong sales and streaming numbers.

And there's more exciting news! After the success of his exhibition "The Truth Untold: Unspoken Truth" in Korea and the U.S., Jimin’s exhibition will be held in Tokyo, Japan, from January 10 to February 16 next year. Fans are sure to be looking forward to this amazing event!

Jimin’s unstoppable journey continues to set new milestones for K-pop, and fans around the world are cheering him on as he keeps breaking records!
