(G)I-DLE's leader, Soyeon, opened up about her long-time consideration of double eyelid surgery during her recent appearance on Yong Tarot.

On December 18th, Soyeon joined comedian Lee Yong Jin on his tarot-reading show, where she revealed her dilemma about getting the procedure. Her first question set the tone for the episode: "When should I get double eyelid surgery?"

Curious about her reasoning, Lee Yong Jin asked why she was considering it. Soyeon shared honestly, "I usually use double eyelid tape, but as I get older, my eyelids are starting to sag a little."

She added, "People have been telling me, 'If you keep doing that, you'll eventually need surgery.' I know I should do it soon, but I'm too scared to go through with it."

Lee Yong Jin then turned to the tarot cards to offer guidance. After carefully interpreting the results, he advised, "Getting double eyelid surgery would be very beneficial for you. Do it next year. If you go through with it early in the year, it will be a turning point for you."

Soyeon seemed surprised but pleased by the reading, responding, "Really? That’s amazing. I was actually thinking of doing it early next year anyway."

Lee Yong Jin couldn’t help but tease her, saying, "Wait a second. You're taking this way too seriously," sparking laughter. He then added, "You've thought about this a lot, huh?" Soyeon admitted, "I've been debating this for four years."

Back in October of last year, Minhyuk held a fan concert titled "Let's GO!5ra," where he connected with fans from all over the world, making unforgettable memories.

At the moment, Minhyuk’s group, MONSTA X, is on a brief hiatus due to members fulfilling their military service.

However, there's good news for MONBEBE (MONSTA X’s fanbase)! Member Joohoney will complete his military service on January 23rd, followed by Kihyun on February 21st, and Hyungwon on May 13th.

Fans are eagerly awaiting the full group comeback in just four months!
