On December 10, Billboard made the exciting announcement that "Winter Ahead" debuted at number 99 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the week of December 14, 2024. This is a huge moment for Park Hyo Shin as it marks his first-ever entry on the chart since his debut in 1999. The talented singer, known for hit songs like "Good Person," "Wildflower," and "Snow Flower," has built a reputation as one of Korea’s top solo vocalists and made his mark in musical theater with roles in Elisabeth, Mozart!, Phantom, and Beethoven.

Released on November 29, "Winter Ahead" is a heartwarming jazz-pop duet, created after V, who loves jazz, asked his close friend Park Hyo Shin to join him in making a winter-themed song. The song expresses V's hope for fans to have a warm and happy winter.

But that's not all! Park Hyo Shin also teased that he will release a prelude video for his new single "HERO" on December 16 at 6 PM KST. This will be his first new song in five years! "HERO" is not only a powerful track where Park Hyo Shin performs but also contributes to the writing, composing, and arranging. It’s the title track for the film "Firefighter," which was released on December 4, and its message perfectly fits the film’s deep and impactful storyline.

Park Hyo Shin’s agency, HOBIGHA, shared a heartfelt message, explaining that despite delays in the song's release, they decided it was important to share "HERO" now in hopes of providing comfort and hope to listeners during difficult times.

YouTuber Lee Jin Ho has been ordered to stop making videos about the late actress Kim Sae Ron after the court recognized his actions as stalking.

On March 31, Kwon Young Chan, head of the Korea Celebrity Suicide Prevention Association, revealed to CBS No Cut News that Kim Sae Ron’s family won their case against Lee Jin Ho.

He stated, “The court ruled that Lee Jin Ho committed stalking and issued a provisional order. For the next three months, he is banned from broadcasting anything related to the late Kim Sae Ron and her family.”
