    The KBS 2TV show New Menu Release Penthouse Restaurant (also known as Penthouse Restaurant) is set to air on December 6th, and fans are in for a treat as they see a different side of Kim Jaejoong.

    This time, he’s not the glamorous superstar we’re used to seeing, but an everyday office worker, showing off his unexpected charm. The episode will also highlight his cross-generational popularity and his surprising ability to handle extremely spicy food!

    In a VCR segment shown during the broadcast, Kim Jaejoong arrived at GS Tower in Gangnam, wearing a stunning suit that instantly caught everyone's attention. As soon as he appeared, office workers in the busy building couldn’t take their eyes off him. Even MC Boom, who was watching the VCR, couldn’t help but gush, saying, "I thought it was a drama. His suit game is insane," impressed by Jaejoong’s sophisticated look.

    His entrance quickly caused a scene, with a huge crowd of office workers gathering around him. As he walked through the building, people followed him, and he ended up hosting an impromptu fan signing event, proving just how popular he is!

    But Jaejoong wasn’t just in Gangnam for his suit. He was there to participate in a special event for the convenience store’s Gimbap Research Team, who were releasing a special gimbap in honor of Penthouse Restaurant. Jaejoong, acting as a special one-day MD, also revealed his spicy food skills. Known as a "spicy master," he made a fiery, red spicy gimbap by adding random ingredients. The staff who tried it were left in tears from the heat, bringing lots of laughs to the set.

    Kim Jaejoong even shared a fun story about a famous spicy jjambbong restaurant in Singil-dong, saying, "I became the first 'complete spicy master' of 2024 there," showing off his spicy food expertise and leaving everyone in stitches.

    The Japan Record Association certifies music based on total streams, with Gold for 50 million streams, Platinum for 100 million, and Diamond for a massive 500 million.

    Previously, Jimin also earned a Platinum certification for his first album FACE (for 250,000 units shipped) and a Gold certification for MUSE (for over 100,000 units shipped).

    With the Gold streaming certification for "Who", Jimin now holds a total of three prestigious certifications from the Japan Record Association, solidifying his place as a solo artist.

    Not only that, but "Who" made waves on the Billboard charts, staying on the Billboard Hot 100 for an impressive 33 weeks, setting a record for the longest-charting K-pop solo song! It also spent 32 weeks on the Billboard Japan Hot 100, showing just how much love fans have for his music.
