Rapper Sleepy opened up about why he relies on his wife, Kim Na Hyun, to trim his toenails and take care of other personal tasks.

On the December 2 episode of SBS’s Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 – You Are My Destiny, Sleepy and Kim Na Hyun gave viewers a glimpse into their daily life as they celebrated their third wedding anniversary.

Sleepy confessed that he isn’t very good at taking care of himself, saying, "I’m not really good at washing myself. Don’t we all feel that way sometimes? If I wear long johns, I can go for a week without washing."

After oversleeping, Sleepy, still groggy, headed to the bathroom, scratching his neck and jokingly telling his wife, "I need a scrub, there’s dirt coming out." His wife, concerned, replied, "I need to check if you washed your hair as well."

While Sleepy relaxed on the couch after getting cleaned up, his wife, who is four months pregnant, continued to do all the household chores. The MCs pointed out that Sleepy should be helping more, especially with his wife being pregnant.

The situation took an even more surprising turn when his wife brought out a pee pad for their dog and started trimming Sleepy's toenails, even cleaning between his toes. She explained, "I have to do it. If I don’t, they’ll just keep growing long."

Sleepy shared, "I thought my wife liked doing these things. She likes trimming them for me, and she even cleans my ears. I’ve never trimmed my own toenails. Before we got married, I used to bite them off with my teeth."

He also reflected on how supportive his wife has been through tough times. "When I wasn’t getting any work from my previous agency, I would even receive allowance from my wife. She was working part-time and gave me some of her earnings. When I had nothing, I would go out drinking a lot, thinking maybe expanding my network would help me find more work."

Sleepy also shared a touching story about how his wife helped him when he had numbness in his feet. "I sent a picture of the road I was on to my wife, and she found me just by looking at that. When I went to the hospital, they said the ligaments in my feet were torn. If it weren't for her, I might not even be here today."

His wife, showing her love and dedication, responded, "I do it because I enjoy it. I want to take care of him and make him happy. In this life, I want to work hard for my family."

It’s clear that Sleepy and his wife share a deep bond, and she is always there to support him, even in the smallest of ways.

NewJeans quietly paused their activities after a tough legal battle… but a simple message from a fan left them emotional.

On April 12, NewJeans posted a single photo on their shared social media account, now renamed "mhdhh" (using the first letters of Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein), without any caption.

The photo was of a short, handwritten letter from a fan that read, “I love you. I support you.” Touched by the heartfelt words, NewJeans added a crying cat emoji, showing how much the support meant to them.

Fans quickly noticed and filled the comments with love and encouragement like “We’ll be here no matter what” and “NewJeans forever.”

This quiet but emotional post comes as NewJeans remains in a hiatus following a contract dispute with their agency ADOR.

Back in November, the members announced they would be starting solo schedules under a new name, NJZ, claiming ADOR had broken the terms of their contract. However, ADOR fired back with legal actions, including a lawsuit and a request to stop the girls from signing with other agencies or brands.

Last month, the court sided with ADOR, which forced the group to pause activities under the NJZ name. Their social media was also renamed from NJZ to “mhdhh” earlier this month.

Member Danielle recently opened up about her feelings in a long message on her birthday, just days after the official trial started on April 3 at the Seoul Central District Court.

Even though they’re not currently promoting, NewJeans’ fans continue to show strong support — and this small fan letter proves just how much that love means to the members.
