• Actress Surprises Fans with Pregnancy Announcement at Drama Press Conference, "They Changed My Character for Me"

At a recent press conference for the new KBS Joy drama Sorry Not Sorry, actress Gong Min Jung made a surprising announcement that caught everyone off guard.

On December 2, during the production event for the romantic comedy, Gong Min Jung revealed, "I am currently pregnant, and childbirth is just around the corner," leaving the audience in shock.

The news was shared after host Oh Hyo Joo mentioned that Gong Min Jung had something special to announce.

Gong Min Jung then took the microphone and surprised everyone, saying, "Just like my character, I am currently pregnant and expecting soon."

She went on to explain, “After announcing my marriage, I found out I was pregnant, and it made choosing new projects a bit tricky. Originally, my character in Sorry Not Sorry wasn’t pregnant, but the production team kindly changed the role for me.”

The actress shared her deep connection to her character, Choi Hana, saying, "I really empathized with her, and adding the pregnancy aspect made me feel like I could truly represent the experiences of a mother. That’s when I decided to join the project."

She ended her announcement by thanking everyone for their support, saying, "Thanks to everyone’s consideration, I’m filming in a stable and enjoyable environment. Although this is a sudden announcement, I hope you’ll see it positively."

Gong Min Jung plays alongside Jeon So Min, who stars as Ji Song Yi in Sorry Not Sorry. The drama follows Ji Song Yi, a single woman facing tough times after a breakup, dealing with a mortgage and balancing multiple jobs.

The drama also stars Jang Hee Ryung, Choi Daniel, and Kim Moo Jin. Sorry Not Sorry premieres on December 5, airing every Thursday at 9 PM.

  • Actor Opens Up About Recent Change in Appearance: "It Wasn't Double Eyelid Surgery, It Was Upper Eyelid Surgery"

On December 2, a well-known actor sat down for an interview at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Seoul, to talk about his upcoming film One Win (directed by Shin Yeon Shik).

The actor, known for his deep voice and intense performances, has been the center of attention lately—not because of his latest role, but due to his noticeably younger appearance.

The actor in question is none other than Song Kang Ho. Known for his stellar acting in films like Parasite and The Host, Song Kang Ho revealed that he had recently undergone a small procedure to address a change in his appearance.

While many speculated that he had gotten double eyelid surgery, Song Kang Ho clarified the confusion, explaining, “It wasn’t double eyelid surgery, I had upper eyelid surgery. It’s still healing, so it might look like double eyelids.”

Song Kang Ho went on to explain that his eyelids had started to droop with age, causing some difficulty in seeing from certain angles.

As an actor, he said, it became harder to express emotions properly because his right pupil wasn't always visible.

“In the past, I would see with one eye, but now both of my eyes are clear,” he shared, adding that the procedure was simply to help with his work as an actor.

In One Win, Song Kang Ho plays Kim Woo Jin, a former volleyball player turned coach, whose journey is filled with challenges, including a disappointing win rate, financial struggles, and personal losses.

Despite these hardships, Kim Woo Jin leads his team on a journey to earn just one win—a story of perseverance and hope. Fans can look forward to Song Kang Ho’s heartfelt performance when the film hits theaters.
