• Lee Ha Neul Praises BLACKPINK Rosé’s Hit Song, Says G-Dragon’s New Music Didn’t Meet Expectations

DJ DOC’s Lee Ha Neul recently shared his thoughts on music from today’s top artists, including BLACKPINK’s Rosé and BIGBANG’s G-Dragon.

On his personal YouTube channel, Lee Ha Neul uploaded a video titled, “Posting footage from last week’s Time Capsule concert,” where he opened up about his own music plans and shared his honest opinions on recent releases.

While driving, Lee Ha Neul praised Rosé’s solo track APT., calling it a massive success. “APT. is the biggest hit since Gangnam Style,” he said. He then admitted, “I haven’t really listened to much of what other artists are releasing these days. Their songs just aren’t reaching me.”

He lightheartedly added, “Looking on the bright side, maybe I avoided competing during a tough release window by accident.”

Lee Ha Neul also gave his opinion on G-Dragon’s latest song, Power, in a separate Shorts video. “I have a lot of respect for GD, but this song didn’t meet my expectations. I usually enjoy his music a lot,” he shared.

Surprisingly, he mentioned feeling confident about competing with G-Dragon’s latest release. “This time, I feel like I could release my album alongside his and still hold my own,” Lee Ha Neul said.

He clarified that his comments weren’t meant to criticize, explaining, “It’s not that GD’s song is bad—our styles are just very different,” expressing his unique perspective on music.

Fans are now looking forward to Lee Ha Neul’s upcoming album and seeing how his work will compare with the industry’s biggest stars!
