• WayV Gears Up for Global Comeback with New Album FREQUENCY

WayV is set to make their highly anticipated comeback on November 25th with their sixth mini-album FREQUENCY, aiming to capture the hearts of global listeners with a fresh and exciting sound.

The album features six tracks that showcase a range of musical styles. It includes both Korean and Chinese versions of the title track "FREQUENCY" and the pre-release song "HIGH FIVE," offering fans a chance to experience WayV's new direction.

One standout track is "TWIST," a catchy medium-tempo dance number with an addictive melody, rhythmic beats, and a signature clap sound that adds extra energy. The song's Korean lyrics, which compare deep love to a world that twists around, stand out for their emotional depth.

FREQUENCY also includes two English songs: the retro R&B dance track "Filthy Rich," which expresses that life feels meaningless without a significant other, and the heartfelt medium-tempo R&B track "Call Me," where the members sing and rap about waiting for a special someone's call. Following the success of their previous English songs like "Love Talk" and "Miracle," these new tracks are sure to grab attention from fans around the world.

Teaser images shared on WayV’s official SNS channels on November 12th and 13th show the members in playful, mischievous vibes with a dark, kitschy atmosphere, heightening excitement for the upcoming release.

FREQUENCY will be available on all music platforms at 6 PM (KST) on November 25th. Fans can look forward to the pre-release track "HIGH FIVE" and its music video, dropping on November 19th at 6 PM.

Additionally, WayV will attend the 9th Asia Artist Awards (AAA 2024) on December 27th at IMPACT Challenger Hall 1-2 in Bangkok, Thailand. The event will be hosted by actor Ryu Jun Yeol alongside IVE's Jang Wonyoung and ZEROBASEONE's Sung Hanbin.
