• NewJeans' "Cool With You" Hits 200 Million Streams on Spotify

    NewJeans has reached another major milestone with their song "Cool With You" surpassing 200 million streams on Spotify.

    As of November 6th, "Cool With You," one of the triple title tracks from their second EP Get Up, has hit a total of 200,186,529 streams, making it the 10th song by the group to achieve this feat.

    Released in July of 2023, "Cool With You" stands out with its smooth UK garage rhythm and NewJeans' unique, subtle vocals. The track quickly gained attention, even making it onto the US Billboard Hot 100 chart on August 5, 2023.

    The song's music video also drew praise for its cinematic visuals and the appearances of global stars Tony Leung and Jeong Ho Yeon. Jeong Ho Yeon played the role of Eros, choosing love over divine power in a touching emotional performance, while Tony Leung made a strong impact with just his presence and gaze.

    With this achievement, NewJeans continues to dominate the streaming world. The group has now released 13 tracks with over 100 million streams on Spotify. "OMG" leads the way with over 700 million streams, while hits like "Ditto," "Super Shy," and "Hype Boy" each surpass 600 million.

    With "Attention" and "New Jeans" crossing 400 million and 300 million streams respectively, NewJeans’ total streams on Spotify are approaching a staggering 5.4 billion.

    BTS member Jin is taking the world by storm with his hit song Running Wild.

    Released on November 15, Running Wild is the title track from Jin's first solo album, Happy. The song blends a fresh new wave sound with British rock influences and pop rock elements, catching the attention of fans worldwide.

    On November 21, Running Wild reached the top spot on Spotify Japan's Daily Top Songs chart, showing its massive popularity.

    It also ranked No. 2 on the Spotify Top Songs chart in Korea and No. 6 globally, proving its broad appeal.

    Jin’s solo album Happy has also been a huge success. It sold over 219,000 copies on its first day, making it the third-highest album sales for a K-pop solo artist in Oricon Weekly Album Chart history.

    In just three days, Happy reached No. 1 on the Hanteo Country-by-Country Chart in Japan for the third week of November, solidifying Jin's status as a top global artist.
