• Lee Jong Won Calls Kim Sejeong the "Vitamin of the Set" in New Rom-Com 'Brewing Love'

Kim Sejeong and Lee Jong Won are set to bring a fresh, heartwarming vibe in the new drama Brewing Love!

On November 4, a press conference for ENA's latest Monday-Tuesday drama Brewing Love was held at the Grand Ballroom of the Stanford Hotel in Seoul.

The cast, including Kim Sejeong, Lee Jong Won, Shin Do Hyun, and Baek Sung Chul, joined Director Park Seon Ho to talk about the new show.

For Lee Jong Won, this marks his third drama of the year after Knight Flower and Bad Memory Eraser. He shared, “This is my third project this year, and it’s exciting because my character is really different from my previous roles. Yoon Min Joo is warm but also a bit clumsy, which feels a lot like me!”

When asked what they found charming about each other as co-stars, Kim Sejeong said, “Oppa is more playful than I expected, which made it easy for me to feel comfortable around him. I relied on him a lot during filming.”

Lee Jong Won couldn’t help but praise her, saying, “This is my first real romantic comedy in a modern setting, and Sejeong brought me a sense of stability. Like her character Yong Joo, she’s so bright and full of energy—she’s like a vitamin on set, always smiling and uplifting everyone.”

Brewing Love follows the quirky romance between Yong Joo (played by Kim Sejeong), a passionate sales expert at a liquor company, and Min Joo (played by Lee Jong Won), a sensitive brewery CEO who’s quick to pick up on emotions.

Kim Sejeong plays Chae Yong Joo, a legendary sales queen with a special forces background and boundless energy, while Lee Jong Won plays Yoon Min Joo, a brewing expert with a bit of an emotional wall.

The cast also includes Shin Do Hyun as Bang Ah Reum, a diligent planning manager, and Baek Sung Chul as Oh Chan Hwi, a free spirit who loves to travel.

The new rom-com Brewing Love premieres on November 4 at 10 p.m. on ENA and will also be available on Genie TV and Genie TV Mobile. Fans are excited to see this unique love story unfold!
