BTS member Jungkook has hit another milestone with his solo album GOLDEN on Spotify!
Released last November, GOLDEN has now spent 52 straight weeks on Spotify's Weekly Top Albums Global chart, reaching No. 29 in the latest rankings (October 25–31).
This makes Jungkook the first and longest-charting Asian solo artist to stay on this chart for a full year, showing his incredible global popularity and solidifying his place as a record-breaking pop star.
His singles are also holding strong! Seven ranked at No. 70, and Standing Next to You, the title track from GOLDEN, landed at No. 116 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs Global chart for October 25–31. Seven has now been on the chart for 68 weeks, and Standing Next to You for 51 weeks, proving fans can’t get enough of his music.
Even during his military service, Jungkook’s influence is unshakable—he placed No. 114 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Artists Global chart, marking his 75th consecutive week as the longest-charting K-pop solo artist.
GOLDEN recently became the first album by an Asian solo artist to have 10 tracks with over 100 million streams on Spotify. The album has surpassed 4.6 billion streams, setting a new record for Asian soloists.
Jungkook’s singles have set records too—Seven became the first Asian track to reach 2 billion streams, while Standing Next to You crossed 1 billion streams. These achievements highlight Jungkook’s superstar power and the incredible success of GOLDEN!
