SEVENTEEN, the popular idol group made up of S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, Doyoung, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino, is set to be the first K-Pop group to perform at the "Tecate Pa'l Norte 2025" festival, commonly known as Pa'l Norte!
Their agency, Pledis Entertainment, announced that SEVENTEEN will join the lineup for the first day of the festival, which takes place from April 4 to April 6, 2024, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
Pa'l Norte is the biggest music festival in Latin America, attracting over 100,000 fans each day. It’s often called the "Coachella of Mexico" and has previously featured famous Latin artists like Karol G and J Balvin, along with global stars such as Billie Eilish, Maroon 5, and Martin Garrix.
This year's lineup also includes big names like Justin Timberlake, Olivia Rodrigo, Green Day, and Charli XCX, alongside SEVENTEEN.
With their participation at Pa'l Norte, SEVENTEEN hopes to showcase their amazing performances to local fans. They made headlines in June when they became the first K-Pop group to perform on the main stage at the UK's Glastonbury Festival, receiving great reviews from media like NME. In September, they headlined at "Lollapalooza Berlin" in Germany, making a lasting impression on European music lovers.
Their world tour, "SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR," is also going strong, with sold-out shows. After performing in Rosemont and New York, SEVENTEEN will meet fans in Texas on October 31 and November 1, Oakland on November 5-6, and Los Angeles on November 9-10. Following these shows, they will head to four domes in Japan and major cities across Asia.
Fans can’t wait to see SEVENTEEN light up the stage at Pa'l Norte!
