BLACKPINK's Jisoo is celebrating a huge achievement with her solo debut song "Flower," which has now surpassed 1 billion streams on YouTube Music!
This milestone makes "Flower" the first and most-played track by a Korean solo artist on YouTube Music in the last ten years, proving just how impactful Jisoo's solo career has been.
Jisoo released "Flower" on March 31, 2023. Her first single album, "Me," which includes "Flower" and "All Eyes On Me," sold an impressive 1,172,351 copies within a week.
This makes her the first K-pop female solo artist to achieve "million seller" status!
In addition to this exciting news, Jisoo is getting ready for her solo comeback. She has finished filming for the Coupang Play series "Newtopia," which is set to be released in 2025. Jisoo has also been approached to star in the drama "Monthly Boyfriend" alongside actor Seo In-guk.
