Actor Lee Joo Myung is set to shine in a new role in the upcoming drama My Youth (working title). Produced by High Zium Studio, Lee will take on the character of Mo Tae-rin, a popular actress who began her journey in the entertainment industry as a child actor. My Youth tells the touching story of Sun Woo-hae (played by Song Joong Ki), who starts living a normal life a little later than most, and Seong Je-yeon (played by Chun Woo Hee), who has to shake things up with her first love for her own success. The drama explores how the two characters reunite with their first love after enduring tough times, creating a beautiful narrative of youthful energy more than ten years later.
In the drama, Lee Joo Myung will portray Mo Tae-rin, who is managed by Seong Je-yeon. Mo Tae-rin, a "motae" (a person born into the entertainment world), has grown from a child star to a successful adult actress.
