Moon Geun Young had been diagnosed with acute compartment syndrome in 2017 and underwent four surgeries, ultimately making a full recovery.

In addition, she will make a special appearance in the new Netflix series Hellbound Season 2, playing the role of Teacher Haet-salban, the key figure of the fanatic group Arrow.
