• Kim Jaejoong Opens Up About Writing a Letter to Lee Soo Man After 16 Years Since Leaving TVXQ: "I Wrote a Letter to him"

Kim Jaejoong recently shared his heartfelt experience of meeting his former agency president, Lee Soo Man, and writing him a letter after their unexpected encounter on a plane. The touching story has gained a lot of attention from fans.

On the upcoming October 16th episode of MBC's Radio Star, Kim Jaejoong will appear alongside Kim Byung Man, Kim Dong Jun, and Cao Lu. A preview video released ahead of the broadcast showed Jaejoong talking about the emotional moment when he decided to write to Lee Soo Man during the flight.

Jaejoong revealed that when he saw Lee Soo Man sitting just one seat away, he felt it was the right moment to express his feelings. "It had been a long time, and I wanted to share how my thoughts had changed over the years," Jaejoong explained. He wrote the letter on an in-flight postcard during the two-hour flight, taking the time to express his gratitude for the role Lee Soo Man played in his life.

He also mentioned that the timing didn't feel right for a face-to-face conversation, so he decided to hand the letter to Lee Soo Man as he was leaving the plane. Jaejoong shared that just delivering the letter made him feel content. "That was enough for me," he added.

Later, Jaejoong found out how Lee Soo Man reacted to the letter through Kim Heechul. According to Heechul, Lee Soo Man had proudly mentioned the encounter a few times, humorously asking, "But… who is Jaejoong again?"

Reflecting on the moment, Jaejoong expressed his deep appreciation for Lee Soo Man. "I’m really grateful. The fact that I am who I am today is because of him. He’s the one who debuted me and made me the person I am now."

Fans are eager to hear more when Radio Star airs on the 16th, where Jaejoong will share more about his journey and this meaningful moment.
