• Min Hee Jin Responds to Allegations of ILLIT Copying NewJeans

Min Hee Jin, the internal director of Ador, has shared new details about the claims that ILLIT copied NewJeans. On October 11, a hearing took place at the Seoul Central District Court regarding a provisional injunction Min Hee Jin filed against HYBE about voting rights.

During the hearing, Min Hee Jin's side discussed the controversial issue of "ILLIT's copying of NewJeans." They stated, "HYBE says the claim that ILLIT copied NewJeans is false, but we have shocking information from an internal employee of HYBE."

Min Hee jin revealed that she received a message from a former deputy representative at Ador about the similarities between the two. She explained that Belift Lab received a proposal for NewJeans while planning for ILLIT. Chairman Bang Si-hyuk was impressed with the NewJeans proposal in 2021. However, during ILLIT's planning, Belift Lab used the NewJeans proposal as a reference, which led to them creating a plan that was surprisingly similar.

To support their claims, Min Hee Jin's side plans to share all conversations with the informant to add credibility to their story.

In May, Min Hee Jin stated that ILLIT had been copying NewJeans in many areas, including style, media concepts, and events. However, Belift Lab denied these allegations and released a statement to clarify their position.

Min Hee Jin is determined to fight back against these claims and hopes to bring the truth to light. Fans are waiting to see how this situation will unfold and what it means for both NewJeans and ILLIT .
