Kim Tae Ri is back with a brand new character named Jeong Nyeon-i!
On October 8, her agency released behind-the-scenes photos from the poster shoot for tvN's upcoming drama Jeong Nyeon-i. In these pictures, Kim Tae Ri looks completely transformed into her character, Jeong Nyeon-i.
Set in the 1950s after the Korean War, Jeong Nyeon-i follows a natural singing prodigy who dreams of becoming the best Gukgeuk (traditional Korean opera) actor. The drama explores themes of rivalry, friendship, and an amazing coming-of-age journey. Kim Tae-ri's character comes from Mokpo and shows a powerful presence as she pursues her dreams.
In the newly released photos, Kim Tae Ri is dressed in a beautiful hanbok, and her sparkling eyes shine with charisma. The Gukgeuk makeup adds a unique flair, making fans curious about the two sides of her character.
