• SEVENTEEN's Lollapalooza Documentary Gets Praise from International Media: “Historic Performance”

    A documentary showing the excitement of SEVENTEEN at ‘Lollapalooza Berlin’ will be released on October 8.

    On October 5, SEVENTEEN shared a teaser video for the mini-documentary titled ‘SEVENTEEN: Run-Up to the Leap’ on their official social media and YouTube channel.

    As the title suggests, which means “Preparation for the Leap,” the video captures the members preparing for their stage at ‘Lollapalooza Berlin’ and the lively atmosphere of their performance.

    In interviews, the members shared their strong determination with statements like, “I will do my best at everything,” “I will enjoy the stage as much as I prepared,” and “Even if we don’t speak the same language, we will unite through music.”

    With SEVENTEEN's new album and world tour coming up, this documentary is expected to build excitement among fans by showcasing their intense rehearsals and passionate performances.

    Earlier, SEVENTEEN headlined the ‘Lollapalooza Berlin’ at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, Germany, on September 8.

    They performed 19 songs over about 90 minutes and received rave reviews from the media, with comments like “historic performance” from UK NME and “left a strong impression with perfect choreography” from Germany RBB.

    Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN will release their mini-album ‘SPILL THE FEELS’ on October 14 at 6 PM. With this new album, they plan to share a message about “trusting each other and sharing emotions to resolve concerns” through relatable stories. The album will feature a total of six songs, including the title track ‘LOVE, MONEY, FAME (feat. DJ Khaled).’

    The world tour is also set to begin soon. SEVENTEEN will kick off their ‘SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR’ at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium on October 12-13, with performances scheduled in major cities across the United States, Japan, and Asia.

  • BTS's Jungkook Breaks Records as the First Asian Solo Artist with 70 Weeks on Two Billboard Global Charts

    BTS member Jungkook continues to prove his worldwide star power, setting another incredible record on the Billboard charts!

    As of the latest Billboard update (November 23), Jungkook’s hit solo single "Seven", which came out last July, ranked at No. 110 on the Global 200 chart. It also held strong at No. 64 on the Global (Excl. U.S.) chart, showing its lasting impact on international music fans.

    With this, Jungkook becomes the first-ever Asian solo artist to achieve 70 consecutive weeks on both the Global 200 and Global (Excl. U.S.) charts.

    That’s not all! His track "Standing Next to You", released last November, stayed on the Global (Excl. U.S.) chart at No. 140 for the 54th week, further solidifying his dominance.

    "Seven" has been making history since its release. Last year, it topped Billboard’s 2023 Global Summer Songs chart. This year, it claimed the No. 1 spot on the 2024 International Power Players chart, proving it’s a fan-favorite in over 200 countries.

    On Spotify, "Seven" became the first Asian artist’s song to surpass 2 billion streams, joining the exclusive "2 Billion Club." It also broke records by staying in Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global Chart Top 50 for more than 350 days.

    Jungkook’s achievements didn’t stop there. His debut solo album GOLDEN made him the first and longest-charting Asian solo artist to stay on the Billboard 200 for 24 straight weeks. He also holds the record for 71 consecutive weeks on Spotify’s Weekly Top Albums Global Chart.

    At the prestigious 2024 MAMA Awards, Jungkook earned a triple crown, winning Best Male Artist, Best Dance Performance Male Solo, and Fans' Choice Male Top 10.
