• "Let’s Go Steady!" NCT WISH Hits No. 1 on Charts with Mini Album Release

    NCT WISH is off to a great start with their first mini album, Steady, and they are excited to share it with fans all over the world! On the 24th at 8 PM, they held a showcase for their new mini album, NCT WISH Let’s Go Steady, at the Blue Square Mastercard Hall in Yongsan, Seoul.

    More than 1,000 fans attended the event in person, while many more joined through live streams on NCT WISH's YouTube, Weverse, and TikTok channels.

    During the event, NCT WISH performed their refreshing title track, "Steady," along with other songs from the album like "Dunk Shot" and "3 Minutes."

    The crowd gave an amazing response! The showcase had a special theme called "WISH’s Mini Homepage," where the group shared stories about the album, behind-the-scenes moments, and their hopes for the future.

    NCT WISH said, "We felt a strong responsibility to show how much we’ve grown with our first mini album compared to our previous activities, and we really prepared hard for this. Just like the lyrics of 'Steady,' we want to create a happy and enjoyable experience with our fans, who always support us. Please look forward to it." Their words raised excitement for their upcoming activities.

    The album has already topped several music charts in South Korea, including Hanteo Chart, Kyobo Bookstore, and Yes24, claiming No. 1 on the daily chart. It also reached the top of Apple Music’s Top Albums chart in South Korea and ranked second on Melon HOT100 within 30 days of its release, and third within 100 days, showing great interest from listeners.

    To celebrate the release of Steady, NCT WISH will host a pop-up store from September 25 to October 13 near 63 Understand Avenue in Wangsimni, Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

    Lee Min Ho recalled, "I was attending the Baeksang for the first time, and I was so excited. Since I wasn’t going as Goo Jun Pyo, but as Lee Min Ho, I styled my hair in a perm and was ready to go." However, things took an unexpected turn when he tripped and fell on the red carpet.

    He sighed, recalling, "That day, I fell. I fell and created so many memes. Even now, I look back and think, 'How did I walk that quickly on the red carpet?'"

    Laughing at his own clumsiness, he admitted, "I was moving at the speed of light, no composure, no focus. Honestly, more than the joy of winning the award, that day was chaotic and so embarrassing for me."

    Though his win was a highlight, Lee Min Ho humorously shared that the incident of tripping overshadowed the excitement of his achievement.

    It’s safe to say that while the fall became a funny meme, it also became a lesson in humility for the actor, and a moment that fans still remember to this day.
