• Kim Go Eun's On Way of Expressing Love: "I Do My Best to Avoid Regrets and I Set Aside My Pride"

Actress Kim Go Eun has opened up about her approach to love, saying she loves without regrets. On the 25th, fashion magazine Elle shared a photoshoot featuring Kim Go Eun and Noh Sang Hyun, highlighting their cool and warm chemistry as they play close friends in the upcoming film The Love Law of the Big City.

In an interview after the shoot, Kim Go Eun, who plays Jae Hee, expressed her feelings about the film. She said, “It’s a story that doesn’t force anything. It casually presents, ‘There are people with these kinds of stories.’ It reflects concerns that anyone has experienced or could experience, making it special yet ordinary.”

Talking about her co-star Noh Sang Hyun, who plays Heung Soo, she shared, “I was quite shy when I first met him. He appears strong on the outside, but once you get close, he’s playful and often smiles like a child. That contrast is very attractive. We often filmed in a home environment, asking each other questions and having conversations during our performances. I still remember those times vividly.”

When asked about her unique approach to love, Kim Go Eun explained, “It’s simply sincerity. I always try to engage in any relationship without regrets. The ‘between’ can end at any time, and I don’t think how long it lasts is important. I don’t want to have regrets, so I always do my best and tend not to be prideful to avoid misunderstandings or unnecessary issues.”

Noh Sang Hyun shared why he was excited to join this project, saying, “The script was honest and relatable, so I quickly got immersed in it. Heung Soo keeps his distance from the world and doesn’t easily let others in, which is something I can relate to. I could approach him with a playful imagination.”

On working with Kim Go Eun, he said, “I learned a lot of good stories from her as an actor and as a person. I knew she was a talented actress who worked hard endlessly, but experiencing it firsthand made me resonate even more with that. She’s a caring and thoughtful person, but she also has a delicate side.”

When it comes to love, Noh Sang Hyun stated, “I try to be as honest as possible. I can’t keep things bottled up. If I brush aside things that bother me, it feels like I’m putting off a time bomb that will eventually explode. I believe that for a healthy relationship, we should be as honest as possible with each other while being polite.”

Meanwhile, The Love Law of the Big City tells the unique love story of Jae Hee, a free spirit who doesn’t care about societal norms, and Heung Soo, who prefers to keep his distance from the world. The film will be released on October 1st.

  • Kwon Min Ah worries fans with emotional post about fear and self-blame: “Everything feels scary, I need to get it together”

Former AOA member Kwon Min Ah—who opened up in the past about being bullied—has once again shared a deep and emotional message on social media, leaving fans feeling concerned and sending love.

On April 23, Min Ah took to her Instagram to write:
“I don’t know if I’ve become completely twisted, or if I’m just scared. Maybe I’m afraid the same thing will happen again. Everything feels scary. And I want to say something sharp to myself too—get it together.”

Along with the message, she posted a selfie where she wore a red knit top, had her hair half-up, and showed a soft pout with a calm expression. Though her outfit and style looked casual, the mood of her words felt heavy.

Fans aren’t sure if Min Ah was directing the message toward someone else or simply speaking to herself. The final line, “get it together,” sounds like a tough love reminder to herself—but also makes many wonder what she’s been going through recently.

People quickly filled the comment section with supportive messages, telling her to stay strong and reminding her she’s not alone.

Min Ah debuted with AOA in 2012 and left the group in 2019. In 2020, she made headlines when she revealed that she had been bullied during her time in the group. The confession caused a huge reaction in the K-pop world, leading to conversations about idols’ mental health and group dynamics.

Recently, she surprised fans when it was revealed she began working as a manager at a dermatology clinic, showing a new side of her life outside of the entertainment spotlight.

Fans continue to cheer her on, hoping she finds peace and happiness in whatever path she chooses next.
