BTS Jimin’s ‘Who’ Makes Waves on UK Official Singles Chart for 9 Weeks Straight

BTS‘s Jimin is back in the spotlight with his song ‘Who,’ which has now charted for nine consecutive weeks on the UK Official Singles Chart, proving his huge popularity around the world!

According to the UK Official Chart released on the 21st (Korean time), Jimin’s title track ‘Who’ from his second solo album MUSE climbed two spots to 50th on the Official Singles Top 100 chart. This impressive feat marks nine weeks of strong performance for ‘Who.’

After launching on July 19, the song debuted at 4th place and has stayed within the Top 55 for the entire nine weeks, including seven weeks in the Top 50. This achievement makes it the K-pop solo track with the longest run in the Top 50 since the chart was revamped in 2014.

In addition, ‘Who’ dominated the Official Singles Download and Singles Sales charts for three weeks after its release and is currently holding strong at 24th and 25th this week, respectively.

It has set a new record for the longest stay in the Top 25 for K-pop solo tracks on both charts.

On the Official Audio Streaming chart, ‘Who’ climbed 15 spots to land at 48th, and on the Streaming chart, it jumped 17 spots to 53rd, showcasing its lasting popularity across various platforms.

Moreover, ‘Who’ hit 127th on the UK Spotify Daily Top Songs chart on the 19th, marking an impressive 60 days of chart presence. As of the 21st, this record has now extended to 62 days, making it the longest-charting song among K-pop solo tracks.

On the UK Apple Music real-time chart as of the 23rd, ‘Who’ ranked 1st in the K-pop genre, 16th in the pop genre, and 37th in all genres, achieving the highest position for a K-pop solo artist. Notably, it is the only K-pop solo song to break into the Top 50 in the overall genre. ‘Who’ has also debuted at 76th on the daily Apple Music Top 100 chart, continuing its upward trend in popularity.
