• Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin Reveals Ambitious Plans for NewJeans in Japan Interview

Min Hee Jin, the former CEO of ADOR, has shared her plans for the future of NewJeans, revealing an exciting blueprint for the group.

On September 22, Japanese satellite channel WOWOW aired an interview titled "Ask Jeans! NewJeans Interview," featuring Min Hee Jin's insights.

In the interview, she said, "I have a blueprint for NewJeans over the next seven years and even beyond. It feels like breaking through each year. If things go as planned, I’m confident that we will surprise people with every album."

She described her vision as "a rainbow-colored future," expressing hope that they can reach this goal safely.

Min Hee Jin continued, "I’ve been telling the members to realize this blueprint together. Thanks to our hopeful aspirations, we’ve been able to overcome various challenges. "

She added, "I don’t want this blueprint to become a source of hope that causes disappointment for the members. My wish is that the conversations I’ve shared with the members come to fruition."

Recently, on August 27, ADOR dismissed Min Hee Jin and appointed Kim Joo Young as the new CEO. In response, NewJeans voiced their concerns during a YouTube live broadcast on September 11, urging HYBE to "make a wise decision to restore ADOR to its original state by September 25th."

The Japan Record Association certifies music based on total streams, with Gold for 50 million streams, Platinum for 100 million, and Diamond for a massive 500 million.

This achievement adds another significant milestone to Jimin’s growing solo career.

Previously, Jimin also earned a Platinum certification for his first album FACE (for 250,000 units shipped) and a Gold certification for MUSE (for over 100,000 units shipped).
