Yeonjun of Tomorrow X Together is making waves with his first solo mixtape GGUM! Released on September 19 at 6 p.m. KST, the mixtape skyrocketed to the top of the charts, proving Yeonjun’s massive global influence.

Within hours, GGUM hit No. 1 on iTunes “Top Songs” charts in 32 countries, including major regions like Japan, Brazil, the Philippines, and Russia. By September 20, it had also reached the top 10 in 40 countries, securing the No. 1 spot on the “Worldwide iTunes Song” chart and No. 2 on the “European iTunes Song” chart.

Yeonjun‘s impact didn’t stop there! The GGUM music video took the No. 1 spot on YouTube’s worldwide trending videos list, while also making waves in 28 countries, with standout rankings like No. 3 in Chile, No. 4 in Austria, and No. 6 in Germany. On YouTube’s trending music chart, it placed in the top ranks in 37 countries, including No. 4 in South Korea and Japan.

Fans on social media couldn’t get enough, as hashtags related to GGUM shot to No. 1 on X (formerly Twitter) worldwide real-time trends, ranking No. 1 in Indonesia, No. 2 in the U.S., No. 4 in Japan, and No. 8 in South Korea.

Yeonjun also dominated the Japanese music scene. GGUM hit No. 1 on Line Music’s real-time “Song Top 100” chart and held its spot through the night. Adding to the excitement, his OST track “Boyfriend” for the Coupang Play series Cinderella at 2 a.m. also soared to No. 1 on Line Music’s real-time “Music Video Top 100” chart.

Yeonjun’s involvement in GGUM went beyond just performing. He contributed to everything from the theme and lyrics to the performance details, making the track a true reflection of his artistic vision. The song likens his confidence and ambition on stage to chewing gum, a metaphor that shows his unstoppable drive.

With GGUM taking over charts worldwide, Yeonjun is proving that his solo ventures are just as impactful as his group activities!
