LE SSERAFIM is proving their global popularity by staying on two of Billboard’s biggest charts for two consecutive weeks.
According to the latest Billboard chart (dated September 21), released on September 17, LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) secured the 88th spot on the ‘Hot 100’ with their song “CRAZY,” the title track of their fourth mini album. This marks their second week in a row on the chart, after debuting at 76th the week before.
LE SSERAFIM is the only K-pop girl group to chart on the ‘Hot 100’ for two consecutive weeks this year. In K-pop history, only five groups, including them, have accomplished this.
Their latest album also hit the ‘Billboard 200’ at 54th place, making it two straight weeks on both of Billboard’s main charts. This comes after their exciting performance at the ‘2024 MTV Video Music Awards’ and their participation in the Empire State Building lighting event in New York, which left a big impression on fans.
“CRAZY” also ranked 22nd on the ‘Global 200’ and 16th on the ‘Global (Excl. US)’ chart. It grabbed the 2nd spot on the ‘World Digital Song Sales’ chart, showing its popularity worldwide. Their album did well too, ranking 8th in ‘Top Album Sales,’ ‘Top Current Album Sales,’ and 2nd in ‘World Album Sales.’
LE SSERAFIM‘s growing success is also seen in their 28th place ranking on the ‘Artist 100,’ which reflects their streaming, album sales, and radio airplay. This shows their steady rise and popularity, especially in the US music market.
Meanwhile, “CRAZY” also made it to 100th on the UK Official Singles Chart, one of the two major global music charts. Holding onto a spot for two weeks proves their strong international presence.
