• NewJeans' Danielle Urges Fans to Stop Harassing Min Hee Jin and Shares Heartfelt Chuseok Message

Danielle from NewJeans has shown her love for the group’s fans, Bunnies, while navigating the ongoing issues with their agency.

On September 17, Danielle posted a warm message on NewJeans' official account, saying, "To our always grateful Bunnies~ Please forget all your worries for a while and enjoy a joyful and warm time with your loved ones this Chuseok.” She also shared a photo with the caption, “Love you, Bunnies.”

The photo features behind-the-scenes moments from a Chuseok-themed hanbok photoshoot, shared earlier on the 13th. Danielle is seen wearing a stunning traditional Korean hanbok, highlighting her unique charm.

Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin, who was also involved with NewJeans, posted the hanbok photoshoot, showing her deep affection for the group.

Meanwhile, ADOR’s parent company, HYBE, filed a complaint against Min Hee Jin on April 25, alleging a breach of duty.

On August 27, Kim Joo Young, former Chief Human Resources Officer of HYBE, was appointed as ADOR’s new CEO, leading to Min Hee Jin being removed from her role after almost three years. Min Hee Jin argues this was an unjust dismissal, while HYBE maintains it was a legal change.

On September 13, Min Hee Jin requested an emergency shareholder meeting to reinstate ADOR’s inside directors, with the court's decision pending.

During an emergency live broadcast on September 11, NewJeans (Minji, Hyein, Haerin, Danielle, and Hanni) expressed their desire to continue under ADOR with Min Hee Jin.

Danielle said, “We originally wanted to return to ADOR. We’re not asking for anything more. I think if we do our jobs well, it will be enough. On a human level, I hope you stop harassing our CEO Min Hee Jin. It’s pitiful, and HYBE seems inhumane. What can we learn from such a company?”

Minji added, “We want ADOR to return to how it was with Min Hee Jin as CEO, blending management and production. We hope to find a peaceful way to coexist with HYBE.”

She ended with, “If our message has been understood, we hope Chairman Bang and HYBE will make a wise decision to restore ADOR by the 25th. Thank you for listening.”
