TWICE member Tzuyu has made headlines by gifting her family a stunning luxury penthouse.
On September 12, Tzuyu appeared on the YouTube channel Jaejoong’s Friends, hosted by singer Kim Jaejoong. During the show, Kim Jaejoong asked, “Did you buy a house for your mother with the money you earned from your activities?”
Tzuyu confirmed, “I bought it for my family. I also bought one for my brother.” Kim Jaejoong, who recently made news for gifting his parents a house with an elevator, playfully responded, “Can I visit your parents’ house? Let me know if you tell them.”
Earlier this year, Taiwanese media TVBS reported that Tzuyu had purchased a luxury penthouse in her hometown of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, for 100 million Taiwan dollars, which is about 4.1 billion Korean won.
The penthouse is on the 33rd floor and boasts high-end features like a swimming pool and a spa room.
Currently, Tzuyu is busy with solo activities following the release of her first mini-album, abouTZU, on September 6.
