TWICE member Tzuyu has made headlines by gifting her family a stunning luxury penthouse.

On September 12, Tzuyu appeared on the YouTube channel Jaejoong's Friends, hosted by singer Kim Jaejoong. During the show, Kim Jaejoong asked, "Did you buy a house for your mother with the money you earned from your activities?"

Tzuyu confirmed, "I bought it for my family. I also bought one for my brother." Kim Jaejoong, who recently made news for gifting his parents a house with an elevator, playfully responded, "Can I visit your parents' house? Let me know if you tell them."

Earlier this year, Taiwanese media TVBS reported that Tzuyu had purchased a luxury penthouse in her hometown of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, for 100 million Taiwan dollars, which is about 4.1 billion Korean won.

The penthouse is on the 33rd floor and boasts high-end features like a swimming pool and a spa room.

Currently, Tzuyu is busy with solo activities following the release of her first mini-album, abouTZU, on September 6.

Released on November 15, Running Wild is the title track from Jin's first solo album, Happy. The song blends a fresh new wave sound with British rock influences and pop rock elements, catching the attention of fans worldwide.

On November 21, Running Wild reached the top spot on Spotify Japan's Daily Top Songs chart, showing its massive popularity.

It also ranked No. 2 on the Spotify Top Songs chart in Korea and No. 6 globally, proving its broad appeal.

Jin’s solo album Happy has also been a huge success. It sold over 219,000 copies on its first day, making it the third-highest album sales for a K-pop solo artist in Oricon Weekly Album Chart history.

In just three days, Happy reached No. 1 on the Hanteo Country-by-Country Chart in Japan for the third week of November, solidifying Jin's status as a top global artist.
