Actor Jo In Sung recently opened up about feeling a bit disconnected from the younger generation, sharing his honest humor.
Jo In Sung appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel Jjanhyun Shin Dong Yup on September 9. During the show, he said, “As my friends who got married early have kids growing up, I start to feel a little out of touch.“
He added, “When people say, ‘He’s a famous friend,’ or ‘Don’t you know Uncle In Sung?’ some of the kids respond with ‘Who’s that?'” He joked, “But that’s normal. I’m not NewJeans, am I?”
He also shared a funny moment about people asking him for concert tickets. “Sometimes people ask me if I can get tickets for someone, but I feel bad because I don’t know how.”
He added, “I’m just a lonely old man living in Bangi-dong. I can’t even get tickets for Lim Young Woong! I can’t help with that kind of filial duty,” making everyone laugh.
Shin Dong Yup, the host, joined in the fun, saying, “If your mom really wants Lim Young Woong tickets, let me know. I know a secret way in. I have connections with the venue staff,” bringing even more laughter to the show.
