BOYNEXTDOOR has set a new record with their latest release, 19.99, selling 609,666 copies on its first day, September 9, according to Hanteo Chart.
This marks a significant 56% increase from their previous album and surpasses their earlier sales records.
The title track “Nice Guy” also made waves on music charts, entering Melon’s Top 100 at number 52 and climbing to number 26 by midnight on September 10.
On Genie and Bugs, the track quickly rose to number 34 and number 13, respectively. Other tracks from the album, such as “Parental Advisory,” “Twenty,” “Stone,” “Call Me,” and “SKIT,” also charted well, showcasing the group’s widespread appeal.
Members Myung Jaehyun, Taesan, and Unhak contributed to the songwriting and composition of “Nice Guy,” reflecting BOYNEXTDOOR‘s artistic growth and captivating sound.
BOYNEXTDOOR will make their comeback stage on Mnet’s M Countdown on September 12 at 6 PM.
