ZEROBASEONE has made a huge impact in K-POP with their latest mini album!
The group (Sung Han Bin, Kim Ji Woong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae Rae, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Park Gun Wook, Han Yu Jin) wrapped up their promotions for CINEMA PARADISE on SBS’s Inkigayo on August 8.
CINEMA PARADISE marks a new era for ZEROBASEONE, showcasing their trademark positive vibe. The album tells a story of overcoming struggles (BAD) to reach a joyful ending (GOOD), exploring themes of fate, eternity, and love. Fans have been deeply moved by the album’s heartfelt messages.
4 Consecutive Million-Seller Albums: A K-POP First
ZEROBASEONE’s CINEMA PARADISE made history by selling over 1 million copies in just one day. This makes them the first K-POP group to have four consecutive albums achieve million-seller status within a single day.
The album also topped iTunes ‘Top Albums‘ charts in 16 countries and dominated Japan’s Amazon Digital Music Album Popularity Chart, Mora Pop Album Chart, and Apple Music Japan K-POP Album Chart. This highlights ZEROBASEONE’s strong global presence.
In Korea, CINEMA PARADISE topped the Hanteo Chart’s August Monthly Chart and Circle Chart’s August Monthly Retail Album Chart, all based on just a week of sales.
5 Music Show Wins: New Record for the Group
With their hit track “GOOD SO BAD,” ZEROBASEONE scored five music show wins, including on KBS2’s Music Bank and SBS’s Inkigayo. This beats their previous record of four wins for “Feel the POP” from their mini album Feel the POP, setting a new high for the group.
The performances of “GOOD SO BAD” were full of energy and eye-catching visuals, showcasing their dynamic and fresh style.
After winning on M Countdown, ZEROBASEONE showed their gratitude by starting a donation campaign for children with leukemia and cancer. They also gave out donation bracelets to fans, adding a special touch to their celebration.
Expanding Horizons: International Tour Kicks Off in September
ZEROBASEONE is going global! Their first overseas tour, 2024 ZEROBASEONE THE FIRST TOUR [TIMELESS WORLD], starts in Seoul from September 20-22.
The tour will include 14 shows in 8 regions, including Singapore, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Macau, Aichi, and Kanagawa. Fans around the world are eagerly anticipating their performances.
