SEVENTEEN wowed fans by breaking down language barriers and connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds at Lollapalooza Berlin.
On September 8, SEVENTEEN took the Main Stage South at Berlin’s Olympia Stadium for a spectacular 90-minute set. They performed 19 songs, pouring their hearts into every moment and proving they are true headliners.
The performance felt like a solo concert. They kicked off with impressive tracks like ‘Son Goku’ and ‘Don Quixote,’ joined by 12 dancers.
The set showcased their bright energy with hits like ‘Darl+ing,’ ‘Ready to Love,’ ‘Rock with You,’ and ‘Left & Right.’ They also delivered powerful performances of ‘Applause,’ ‘MAESTRO,’ and ‘HOT,’ highlighting their versatility.
As the show progressed, the energy only grew stronger. SEVENTEEN showcased a wide range of music with different unit combinations.
The hip-hop, performance, and vocal units each brought something unique, with special units like BSS (Seungkwan, Dokyeom, Hoshi) performing ‘Fighting (Feat. Lee Young Ji)’ and the Leaders (S.Coups, Hoshi, Woozi) rocking out with ‘CHEERS.’
The live band added a dynamic touch to their performance, with SEVENTEEN giving it their all, even getting drenched in sweat.
Their engagement with the audience was a highlight, as they shared their energy and solidified their status as performance masters.
Fans responded with enthusiasm, singing along in both English and Korean, chanting SEVENTEEN’s name, and showing their support with light sticks and homemade signs. The encore of ‘Very NICE’ saw the crowd erupt in a wave of singing.
Headlining a major European festival for the first time, SEVENTEEN expressed their thanks: “We know how long you’ve waited for us. We’re thrilled to finally be at ‘Lollapalooza Berlin.’” They added, “We didn’t expect you to sing along so well. It’s truly amazing and touching,” and promised, “We will never forget you.”
‘Lollapalooza Berlin’ took place on September 7-8 and featured top pop stars from around the world. SEVENTEEN will be back in October with their 12th mini album and a world tour.
