DAY6’s New Song ‘Melt Down’ Dominates Melon Top 100 for 7 Days Straight, Proving Their Digital Power

DAY6 has once again shown their power in the digital world with their new song ‘Melt Down’.

On September 2 at 6 PM, DAY6 made their comeback by dropping their new mini-album Band Aid with the title track ‘Melt Down.’ From the moment of its release until the morning of September 9, the song stayed at the top of the Melon Top 100 chart for seven consecutive days.

With their new album and title track, DAY6 is continuing to prove they are a “trustworthy listen.”Melt Down’ not only topped the Melon Top 100 but also led real-time charts on Bugs, Genie, Vibe, and FLO, achieving an “all-kill” across domestic music charts.

In addition to holding the No. 1 spot on the Melon Top 100 for seven days, the song was also No. 1 on the Melon daily chart for five days straight, from September 3 to 7, showing just how popular it is.

Their success doesn’t stop there. DAY6’s older songs are still doing well on the charts. As of September 9, ‘Melt Down’ was No. 1 on the Melon Top 100, followed by their other hits ‘HAPPY’ and ‘Welcome to the Show’ in 2nd and 3rd place.

Even their past hits like ‘Time of Our Life’ and ‘You Were Beautiful’ are still ranking high. On September 8, their 2019 track ‘Time of Our Life’ was even in the running for 1st place on SBS’s Inkigayo, showing their ongoing popularity.

DAY6 is also gearing up for their third world tour, FOREVER YOUNG. The tour will kick off with a three-day concert from September 20 to 22 at Incheon’s Inspire Arena, where all 40,000 seats have already sold out. On the final day, September 22, the concert will be streamed live online through Beyond LIVE.

Starting in October, DAY6 will meet fans around the world with stops in Kuala Lumpur, Bali, Surabaya, Jakarta, Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Osaka, Tokyo, and Manila.
