• Dex Opens Up About Scary Motorcycle Accident: "I Thought It Could Never Happen to Me"

Popular YouTuber Dex recently shared a terrifying experience that left him shaken—his first motorcycle accident. On his YouTube channel Dex101, Dex dropped a video titled “Dex Motorcycle Pro Debut,” where he recounted the details of the incident.

In the video, Dex explained, "I became an ambassador for a brand, and at some point, they mentioned a competition. I figured I’d join in just for fun, but when I got there, everyone had years of experience. My only goal was to not get in anyone's way or embarrass myself."

Despite feeling like he was riding cautiously, Dex ended up surprising himself by beating his expected time. "I didn’t think I’d get down to 2 minutes and 6 seconds," he said. "I even started wondering if I could break the 2-minute mark. But my coach warned me, ‘That’s when you’ll fly off the bike.’”

Confident in his skills, Dex admitted he didn’t take the warning too seriously. "I thought, ‘That won’t happen to me,’" he revealed. Unfortunately, things quickly took a turn. While trying to reduce his mistakes, Dex lost control while cornering and was thrown off the bike.

"It was really scary," Dex said, recalling the moment he veered off track. "After the slip, I felt afraid, but I wanted to make up for my mistake and push harder. That’s when things got worse."

Dex described how his bike began to slip out from under him before he was separated from it entirely. "It was such a shock in that moment," he shared. "But I got up, looking cooler than I expected, turning it into an epic scene."

The coach reassured him, saying this was something every rider had to experience at least once, but Dex reflected, “I told myself, ‘Never forget the accident that happened today.’”
