BTS member J-Hope has recently made a splash in the real estate world with his new purchases.
On September 3rd, reports revealed that J-Hope bought a luxurious penthouse in Seoul for a whopping 12 billion won, paying in full with cash. Just a month later, he also snagged a unit right below the penthouse.
According to the news, J-Hope signed the deal for the lower-floor apartment in June 2020 and wrapped up the payment in July this year.
The combined market value of these properties is estimated between 11 billion and 12 billion won. Since he paid entirely in cash, it’s estimated that J-Hope spent over 20 billion won on these two high-end units.
This latest purchase adds to J-Hope‘s impressive real estate portfolio, which already includes two other luxury apartments. With these acquisitions, J-Hope firmly holds the title of ‘young and rich.’
J-Hope, who enlisted in the military on April 18 last year, is expected to be discharged in October.
