Fans in the Philippines came together to celebrate BTS Jimin‘s ‘MUSE‘ release with an event that received a lot of love and excitement.
To honor Jimin‘s second solo album ‘MUSE,’ which dropped on July 19 while he’s in the military, his Filipino fans recently set up a special pop-up event at Gateway Mall, one of the biggest malls in the area.
The event gained attention after a news anchor from GMA News, a major Philippine news channel, shared it on social media. Fans entered through an arched tunnel that led to a bright display featuring a lighted sculpture of the album’s title ‘MUSE.’
Inside, there were photo zones decorated with Jimin‘s official pictures and spots where fans could leave messages for him.
The event included a well-planned program, like a dance challenge for the pre-released track ‘Smeraldo Garden Marching Band‘ (feat. Loco). Adorable performances by children caught the eye of many on social media, and fans who attended were full of praise.
One of the highlights was the stunning display on the ceiling of the mall, showing official ‘MUSE‘ videos. Fans watched clips of the title track ‘Who,’ the music video for ‘Smeraldo Garden Marching Band,’ live performances of ‘Rebirth‘ and ‘Slow Dance’ (feat. Sofia Carson), along with concept videos and photoshoots, leaving everyone amazed.
Even in the busy mall, fans celebrated safely and with great care, which led to comments like “Amazing fans just like the amazing singer,” “I wish I could enjoy it in such a dreamlike space too,” and “Perfect in scale, composition, and orderliness.”
Earlier, from July 22 to 28, the official pop-up store ‘MUSE Garden‘ in Seoul, themed around the imaginary flower ‘Smeraldo‘ with the flower language ‘The Truth Untold,’ also drew a huge response from global fans.
Despite the hot weather, fans lined up to show their unwavering support and love for Jimin‘s album ‘MUSE,’ which he prepared before his enlistment.
