SHINee’s Onew is set to throw the first pitch for the first time in his 16-year career!
He will take the mound at the 2024 KBO League game between the Doosan Bears and the Lotte Giants at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul on August 31 at 6 PM.
Onew shared his excitement, saying, “I’m thrilled to be throwing the first pitch after 16 years since my debut. I’m grateful to the Doosan Bears for this meaningful opportunity, and I’ll prepare a great first pitch to support their victory.”
In other news, Onew is gearing up to release his third mini-album, “FLOW,” on September 3rd. This album follows his first full-length album “Circle,” which came out in March 2023. It’s his return after about a year and six months.
The “FLOW” album features six tracks, including the title track “Attraction (beat drum),” along with “Hola!,” “Maestro,” “Shape of My Heart,” “Monday to Sunday,” and “Focus,” showcasing Onew’s latest thoughts and ideas.
