SEVENTEEN’s “Manse” Gets ‘Gold’ Streaming Certification in Japan

SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) has hit another big milestone in Japan!

On the 29th, the Japanese Record Association announced that SEVENTEEN’s song “Manse” achieved ‘Gold’ certification for streaming.

The track, from their 2nd mini album “BOYS BE” released in 2015, surpassed 50 million streams in July. With clever lyrics and music by Woozi, “Manse” captures the essence of youthful love.

The Japanese Record Association awards certifications monthly based on streaming numbers: ‘Gold’ for 50 million streams, ‘Platinum’ for 100 million, and ‘Diamond’ for 500 million.

SEVENTEEN now has 12 songs with ‘Gold’ streaming certifications, including hits like “Very Nice,” “Don’t Wanna Cry,” and “Pretty U.”

Looking ahead, SEVENTEEN is gearing up to release their 12th mini album in October and will embark on their “SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR.”

They’re also planning a dome tour and new single releases in Japan, expecting lots of excitement from their fans.

Before all that, SEVENTEEN will take the stage at “Lollapalooza Berlin” at the Olympiastadion Berlin on September 8th (local time), where they’ll connect with their European fans.
