The global fandom platform UPICK held the "Hot Character Awards" vote from August 13 to August 26, focusing on top Korean actors. The results are in, and Byeon Woo Seok took the 1st place spot.

The voting was intense, with Byeon Woo Seok, Do Kyung Soo, and Kim Soo Hyun competing until the last moment. Byeon Woo Seok came out on top with a total of 15,124,407 votes, keeping his 1st place streak alive for three months straight.

Other big names like Lee Seung Gi, Lee Junho, Kim Se Jeong, Shin Hye Sun, and Cha Eun Woo also ranked high.

As a reward for his 1st place win, Byeon Woo Seok will be featured in a special billboard ad at Lotte World Mall's Art Canvas. This ad, created by fans, is a heartfelt tribute to both the actor and his supporters.

Byeon Woo Seok has been causing a "Byeon Woo Seok Syndrome," charming viewers with his role in the tvN drama "Lovely Runner." Even after the drama ended, his popularity hasn't faded.
