Stray Kids just hit another milestone! Their hit song "Thunderous" has officially been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). This makes it their 6th RIAA Gold certification overall!
"Thunderous," the title track from their 2021 album NOEASY, has now sold over 500,000 units in the U.S. The RIAA's Gold certification is a big deal, showing just how much love Stray Kids is getting stateside.
But that's not all—Stray Kids already has five other RIAA Gold certifications. Their singles "God's Menu," "MANIAC," and "Back Door" also went Gold, and their albums ★★★★★ (5-STAR) and 樂-STAR earned the same honor.
"Thunderous" isn't just a fan favorite; it's become one of the group's signature tracks. The song's powerful beats and bold lyrics have made a huge impact globally, and the music video, showcasing their intense performances, has been a hit with fans everywhere.
And the success doesn't stop there! On July 19, their mini-album ATE surpassed 3 million sales on the Circle Chart, earning it a Triple Million certification. Plus, it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, marking Stray Kids' fifth consecutive No. 1 album.
With all this success, Stray Kids is gearing up for their biggest world tour yet, "Stray Kids World Tour ." They’ll kick off the tour with four sold-out shows at Seoul’s KSPO Dome starting August 24, setting the stage for another epic chapter in their career.
