On August 13, Siwon talked about his new role as Dr. Shim Yeon Woo during the production presentation for TV Chosun’s weekend mini-series “DNA Lover” at the Glad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul.
Siwon shared, “Playing an obstetrician has helped me understand the struggles of mothers and pregnant women better. I had many consultations and got a lot of advice to make sure I portray this role accurately. It might seem simple, but there are some complex aspects. I hope viewers will notice this in the show.”
He also mentioned, “There are many talented actors playing the role of mothers, and their performances are impressive. The makeup looks very realistic too.”
“DNA Lover” is a romantic comedy about Han So Jin, a genetic researcher who, after many failed relationships, finds love through genetic research. The show will start on August 17 at 9:10 PM.
