• BTS Jungkook's Philippine Fans Go All Out for His Birthday with Epic Billboard Ads and Charitable Projects

As BTS Jungkook’s birthday approaches, fans in the Philippines are pulling out all the stops to celebrate. The fan groups 'GOLDEN Alliance Philippines' and 'JK DAILY' are honoring Jungkook with special billboard ads at eight different locations on September 1st.

These billboards will light up in Mandaluyong, Antipolo, Negros Oriental, Tarlac, Naga, and Cebu Robinsons Galleria department store.

A special birthday event will also take place at the 'Mall of Asia' in Manila.

In addition to the celebrations, fans are spreading Jungkook’s positive vibes even while he’s serving in the military. 'GOLDEN Alliance Philippines' and 'JK DAILY' are teaming up with the non-profit HERO Foundation to donate school supplies to the families of soldiers who have passed away in Mindanao.

Last year, 'GOLDEN Alliance Philippines' created a huge 60-meter-wide mural on Villa Sampaguita Resort’s wall in Antipolo to celebrate Jungkook's birthday. They also supported a solar-powered art project with the 'Liter of Light' group and put up Jungkook’s LED ads in Barangay Ilaya, Manila.

They have been busy with charity work, too, including handing out school supplies like notebooks and crayons to kids in Tawi-Tawi and Tuburan who were hit hard by Typhoon Megi.

They also organized a talent show for street children in Manila with the Child Hope Foundation and provided food and supplies to 'Mali,' the last elephant at Manila Zoo.

Jungkook’s popularity in the Philippines was confirmed when he won 'Male Artist of the Year' at the Philippine KPOP Awards, the country’s biggest K-pop fan event.

Additionally, his international fanbase, 'Jungkook Global Website,' will celebrate by broadcasting a birthday message on the Yankee Stadium scoreboard in New York at 1:05 PM (EST) on August 31st.

The announcer will wish Jungkook a happy birthday, saying, "Happy birthday, global superstar Jungkook! Congrats on making history with 'GOLDEN'!" The message will be heard throughout the stadium.
