• Kim Jaejoong Reflects on Returning to 'Inkigayo' After 16 Years: "Feels Like Home"

Kim Jaejoong recently shared his thoughts on returning to a music show after 16 years.

On the August 11th episode of SBS's 'Inkigayo,' Kim Jaejoong gave an interview that caught everyone's attention. It was his first time on a music show since 2008, making this a big moment after such a long break.

Kim Jaejoong originally debuted in 2004 as a member of TVXQ. However, in 2009, he and fellow members Kim Junsu and Park Yoochun were involved in a legal battle with their agency, SM Entertainment, which led to them being restricted from appearing on TV.

He also mentioned that while the place still felt familiar, some things had changed. "The snack bar is different now. I used to love the sandwiches, but they’re gone. But the seaweed soup is still here, and I still love it."

To hype up his performance, he sang a few lines from his songs 'Glorious Day' and 'I AM U' during the interview.

The episode also featured performances by other artists like DIGNITY, LIGHTSUM, Bang Yongguk & Jung Daehyun & Yoo Youngjae & Moon Jongup, BamBam, BLACKSWAN, Stray Kids, MCND, Weeekly, YOUNITE, Jeon Somi, CATCH THE YOUNG, KOKOON, and Tony Yu.
