• BTS’s Jimin's 'WHO' Dominates Circle Chart’s Global K-Pop Chart for Two Weeks Straight

BTS’s Jimin is proving he’s a global force to be reckoned with as his hit single 'WHO' continues to reign supreme on Circle Chart’s Global K-Pop Chart, holding the top spot for two consecutive weeks.

As of August 8, the Circle Chart's Global K-Pop Chart for the 31st week of 2024 shows Jimin’s title track 'WHO,' from his second solo album 'MUSE,' maintaining its number one position for the second week in a row. This mirrors its debut achievement on the previous week’s chart.

'WHO' made an impressive debut at number 7 on the 29th week chart with just two days of tracking and climbed to the top spot in the 30th week. It has now firmly held its number one position into the 31st week.

The track initially debuted at number 1 on the Global K-Pop Chart’s daily chart on July 19, and has since held the top spot for 18 straight days as of the latest chart on August 5, highlighting its incredible popularity.

Jimin's success doesn’t stop there—his pre-release song 'Smeraldo Garden Marching Band' (feat. Loco) has also topped both the daily and weekly global K-Pop charts, showcasing his continued dominance even while serving in the military.

Circle Chart’s half-yearly review reveals Jimin’s enduring appeal. His solo debut album title track 'Like Crazy,' which dropped in March last year, ranked at number 8 on the Global K-Pop Chart for the first half of 2024. 'Like Crazy' is notably the only song from the top 10 of the chart that was released in the first half of 2023. Additionally, 'Set Me Free Pt.2' and fan favorite 'Closer Than This,' released in December, also made the charts, marking a stellar solo career for Jimin.

Despite having no promotional activities during his military service, Jimin’s 'WHO' continues to shine, recently climbing two spots to number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and maintaining a 15-day streak at number one on Spotify's 'Global Daily Top Songs' chart from July 23 to August 6. His global popularity is undeniable!
