BTS's Jimin has achieved another milestone, earning a Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ).
On August 9, the RIAJ announced that Jimin’s second solo album, "MUSE," released on July 19, surpassed 100,000 shipments in Japan, earning a Gold Disk certification.
This is Jimin’s second consecutive RIAJ certification, following the Platinum certification of his first solo album, "FACE," last year.
The RIAJ awards Gold Disk certifications based on the number of shipments each month: Gold for over 100,000 units, Platinum for over 250,000, and so on.
Jimin's "MUSE" has also performed well on Japan’s Oricon charts. The album topped the 'Weekly Digital Album Ranking,' and secured 3rd place in both the 'Weekly Album Ranking' and 'Weekly Combined Album Ranking.' The title track "Who" also reached 5th place on the 'Weekly Digital Single Ranking.'
