G-Dragon (Kwon Ji-yong) has not confirmed an exact date for his comeback.
On August 1, his agency, Galaxy Corporation, told Star News, “There is no specific date for G-Dragon’s comeback in October. He will return in the second half of the year, but the exact month and date are still undecided.”
Earlier, Park Myung-soo hinted at an October comeback for G-Dragon on his KBS radio show, 'Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show.' He mentioned, “G-Dragon is coming out the month after next” and teased, “If things go well, he might appear on the radio,” sparking excitement with the surprise news.
G-Dragon has hinted at a solo comeback this year through various broadcasts. This will be his first solo release in about seven years, following his 2017 album 'Kwon Ji-yong' and Big Bang’s single 'Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter.'
In December, G-Dragon left YG Entertainment, where he had been since his debut, and joined Galaxy Corporation. Fans are eagerly waiting for his first album with his new label.
G-Dragon debuted with BIGBANG in 2006 and has many hits like 'Haru Haru,' 'Bang Bang Bang,' and 'Lies,' as well as solo hits such as 'That XX,' 'Coup d’Etat,' and 'Crayon.'
