• (G)I-DLE Makes Surprise Appearance at PSY’s ‘Summer Swag’ Concert, Flaunting Confident Abs

(G)I-DLE made a surprise appearance at PSY's concert.

On July 27th, (G)I-DLE members Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua took the stage as special guests at the 'PSY Summer Swag 2024 - Daejeon' concert held at Daejeon Mokwon University’s main stadium.

(G)I-DLE surprised the audience with an a cappella rendition of the chorus of 'Klaxon,' singing "Woo woo honk honk hit the klaxon," which received an enthusiastic response. The members performed 'Klaxon' wearing mid-length bob hairstyles and outfits that revealed their abs, including hot pants.

The group then performed 'Queencard' and advanced to the extended stage, engaging with the audience and boosting the concert’s atmosphere. (G)I-DLE had originally planned to perform at the 'Summer Swag' concert on July 20th, but the event was canceled due to heavy rain, so they returned for this performance.

Soyeon announced, "We are also holding our concert on August 3rd and 4th. It will be very fun," sharing news of (G)I-DLE’s 2024 world tour in Seoul. After taking a commemorative photo with the audience, (G)I-DLE performed a live rendition of 'TOMBOY,' prompting a sing-along from the crowd.

(G)I-DLE released their 7th mini-album 'I SWAY' on July 8th, promoting the title track 'Klaxon.' The song, featuring explosive strings, brass, and rhythmic guitar sounds, along with the catchy 'Crayon Shin-chan dance' choreography, has been loved as a representative summer song this year.

After wrapping up activities for their 7th mini-album, (G)I-DLE will hold their 'iDOL' Seoul concert on August 3rd and 4th at the KSPO Dome (formerly Olympic Gymnastics Arena) in Songpa-gu, Seoul, marking the start of their third world tour.
