Super Junior's Eunhyuk made a big donation in honor of his late father's birthday.
On July 28, Green Umbrella, a child welfare group, announced, "Eunhyuk donated 100 million won to remember his late father's birthday (July 28)."
With this donation, Eunhyuk joined the Green Legacy Club as the 94th member. This club, started in 2019, is for people who pledge or make memorial donations.
Eunhyuk also became the 487th member of the Green Noble Club, which includes major donors who have given over 100 million won to Green Umbrella.
The money will help 'family caregiving children,' young kids who care for sick or disabled family members.
Eunhyuk said, "I am truly happy to help struggling family caregiving children on my father's birthday."
Shin Jeong Won, head of Social Contribution at Green Umbrella, said, "Eunhyuk's donation to honor his father has deeply moved us. We will keep working to spread the positive influence of such good deeds."
