• KARA to Make a Comeback with a Message of Hope, Single Tracklist Revealed

KARA is coming back this summer with a hopeful message.

On July 22, KARA (Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, Nicole, Kang Jiyoung, Heo Youngji) shared the tracklist for their new digital single 'I Do I Do.'

The single has two tracks: the title song 'I Do I Do,' which promises a bright summer day for KARA, and 'Hello,' a song featuring all six KARA members, including the late Goo Hara.

The title song 'I Do I Do' brings a message of hope with KARA's unique style. Producer Lee Joo Hyung from Monotree worked on this song.

'Hello,' which was surprisingly pre-released on the 16th, is an unreleased song that was meant for KARA's 4th studio album 'Full Bloom.' The song is special as it was produced by Sweetune (Han Jae Ho and Kim Seung Soo), who made many of KARA's hits.

'I Do I Do' is KARA's first single in about a year and eight months since their 15th-anniversary special album 'MOVE AGAIN,' released in November 2022.

KARA topped music charts with the title song 'WHEN I MOVE' from 'MOVE AGAIN' and won first place on music shows, proving their lasting impact as a 'second-generation legend.' So, the new song is getting a lot of attention.

KARA's new single 'I Do I Do' will be out on July 24 at 6 PM on various music sites. They will also hold a solo concert, '2024 KARASIA,' in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan, next month.

  • BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Reveals How She Boldly Told YG's Yang Hyun Suk She Loved Being Chubby – And Why It’s So Powerful

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo shared a surprising story from her trainee days!

On January 29, the latest episode of Dex’s Fridge Interview was released on YouTube. During the chat, Dex asked Jisoo if she ever rebelled or broke the rules as a trainee. She confidently replied, “Not at all. The only rebellion I had as a trainee was eating.”

Dex then jokingly imitated her younger self, saying, “I’m perfect, so why are they telling me not to eat? I’m going to eat tteokbokki!”

Jisoo laughed and admitted, “Actually, I was really chubby back then. They kept telling me to lose weight, but I always said, ‘No, I need to eat. I like myself chubby.’”

She even recalled a moment with YG Entertainment’s founder, Yang Hyun Suk:
“The boss told me to lose weight, and I responded like that. He just walked away, thinking, ‘She’s a weird one.’ I literally said, ‘No! I like myself chubby!’”

Jisoo then revealed that after she debuted, she naturally lost weight. She added, “Later, after I debuted and naturally lost weight, he was like, ‘You didn’t lose weight when I told you to, but now that you debuted, you did.’”
