Girl group (G)I-DLE's Soyeon has made a significant donation for flood relief efforts.
On the 18th, Song Pil-ho, president of the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, announced that Soyeon donated 1 billion KRW to support neighbors affected by the floods and was appointed to the Honor Club.
Soyeon shared, "I made this donation hoping to bring some comfort to those who have suffered from the recent floods."
Known for reportedly earning up to 1 billion KRW monthly in royalties, Soyeon consistently uses her influence for good causes. Last year, she donated 20 million KRW to help neighbors affected by earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
Her recent donation has earned her membership in the Hope Bridge Honor Club, recognizing her significant individual contributions.
Soyeon intends to continue supporting the recovery efforts for disaster-affected neighbors in the future. President Song Pil-ho expressed gratitude to Soyeon for her contribution, stating, "Hope Bridge will ensure that Soyeon's generous support reaches those affected by the disaster."
